When did you unlocked Call to the Void?

I will apologize in advance for not being up to date with artifact progression. But since I am yet to begin leveling, I was wondering if anyone could tell me how long it took you to unlock Call to the Void?

If one were to go straight for it, I would at least just have unlocked it. Pretty much just dinged 106.. So I guess that would be a fair estimate..

Oh that fast? The extra stationary MF seems awesome for PvP, so guess the old SP might make Main anyways
