Repeatable quests in class hall?

I have 3 repeatable quests in my class hall to turn in different mats. One for 5 starlight rose, one for 5 leyblood, and one for 5 runescale koi. I completed them once, and there is no visible reward. Nothing in my chat log, no currency, no buffs, no rep, no AP...

What are these for, exactly?

Turn in a combination of 100 of any of those mats to further advance in the Priest campaign. Find whatever is cheapest on AH (likely Leyblood) and spam-turn-in the quest.
