So I was lucky enough to have the legendary ring drop for me. Can anyone else that has it confirm that it sometimes doesnt proc and put your dots on the mobs?

Are you in VF when you cast Mind Sear? Are the mobs within 10 yds of one another?

A video would help for us to see whether it's a player issue or a problem with the item itself. In the meantime, it's an extremely rare item so feedback is sparing.
