Possible bug with Demo "Stolen Power" trait.

So I just unlocked Stolen Power on my demo artifact and it says I gain a stack of stolen power every time my imps cast firebolt but well. I don't seem to be getting any stacks at all. Is it just me or is anyone else experiencing this?

You don't get stacks and i guess when no imps cast for 20sec , it resets

You don't get any buff for the stacking portion of the trait, just the final result.
