    Looking at some of the changes it feels as if there are a bunch of tooltip changes in there.
    Examples;
    Firestarter Your Fireball reduces the cooldown of your Combustion by 10 5 sec. Fire Mage - Tier 5 PvP Talent.
    Wasn't this a recent hotfix (or changed at the end of the beta)?

    Critical Mass Multiplies the critical strike chance of your Fireball, Pyroblast, and Scorch by 1.3. Mage - Fire Spec. 1.1. Mage - Fire Spec.
    I believe this specific change was made during a pre-patch hotfix as they increased the base amount of crit Molten Armor gives to offset the multiplier.

    Alchemy for example already requires 7 Starlight Rose for flasks while the red text shows "x2" and "x4".

    Not sure on all the other things but the ones I've been looking for/at are tooltip changes to reflect hotfixes.

    They already said that 7.1 would be deployed on the PTR following Legion's launch.

    Patch 7.1 will go live on PTR servers immediately following Legion's release on August 30.

    It's a warlock buff? 20% increased damage on your filler spell is fine. It's just hitting the optr so you guys should wait before all bagging the decisions

    Lol are they nerfing Assass rogues damage? Sure nerf Outlaw cuz it was smoking everyone but assass has the least control of any rogue spec and now not even damage?

    No class tuning has been done in Patch 7.1 yet. Changes from the PTR at this point are simply tooltip corrections.

    But feral self heal nerfed?

    Lol yea, as if feral wasn't already one of the lowest utility dps classes in the game on top of having the most complex and punishing rotations, we don't even have a semi-reliable self heal anymore.

    Affliction warlocks are already pretty low on damage... So they decide to nerf them even more so? Blizzard I don't understand your decisions. They already got a hard nerf before legion came out, and now this? RIP Affliction.

    Chaud should really delete this thread. Blizzard confirmed these are all tool tip changes. The actual changes in the build are in the PTR patch notes.
