So i have played outlaw for a while now, and i have never, seen roll the bones proc 4 or 5 stacks?
Is this a bug, or?

6d 9h on 110 played. i have atleast played two of those days as outlaw. and i have never seen 4 or 5. i have gotten 6 bones more than i can count.

It can't proc 4 or 5 buffs.

Oh well, i thought i had 4 or 5 buffs rolling when i tried outlaw in beta. I guess i was wrong.

If you reroll the bones do you keep the first set of buffs if the second one rolls different buffs?

It does only roll 1-2-3-6 rolls. The working mechanic of rolls is like this. Your roll a 6 faced dice 6 times in a row and get the buff which face has rolled the most. If all of the faces rolled once you get 6 buff. If 3 faces rolled twice you get 3. If two faces rolled same amount you get those two buffs.
