    What race have the best racials for holy paladins in pvp? Is dwarf better than human?

    Not sure if you are looking at Ally only, but the Blood Elf racial has been a godsend in more moments than I can count .

    The belf one got me glad back in wrath. In mirror matches against other races it made the kills more often than not. Ofc we also had rebuke then which may change how good your ability to lock the other healer down is.
