    "Best" combat ally?

    Hey all, first post.

Playing somewhat casually and just started with world quests.
As Disc, which combat ally provide some much needed dps?
I will just take a guess that it aint Sol, so Zabra or Alonsus?

Sol is beastly. I can literally pull 10+ mobs with him. As far as DPS goes, the other two are alright, but Sol brings heals to the table which lets you focus on DPS more.

I was liking Alonsus but he's kind of an idiot. When he procs during combat he's pretty great, but he also sometimes drops targets and starts to melee - or when I Shadowmeld he stays in combat, which keeps me in combat, which ruins Shadowmeld.

I should probably run Sol more, but he's also my best mission dude.

I run Sol. I call him my "jello tank" my wife calls him Bill Cosby. :X

I haven't messed with the others much. Sol got me through Surimar.

I like Zabraa's voice. He is my Mexican Troll.

Unfortunately, Sol and Seline are my beast combo for missions and Hexx screws up my weak auras (and is no slouch on missions either), so I'm stuck with the old man as my combat ally. He's mostly there to generate order resources for me via his equipment.

Alonsus always makes me laugh. Does this huge powerful LIGHT BEAM!! And then runs up and slaps the mob in the face

Alonsus does work for me. I love him. Comes in clutch a lot.
