Legendary Outlaw Bracers proc

Just got the outlaw 895 bracers, not sure if it's been discussed anywhere if it's worth using BTE ---Unless it crits it does a lot less dmg than RT. Just wanted to ask, trying to be a better rogue as I suck =/

It is worth using BtE. Especially when you start getting Pistol Shot traits-

That legendary can be op if used wisely. Okay, just noticed that it was nerfed.
