Do you get Kirin Tor reputation in Legion?

From quests, world quests, etc..? And do you still get Kirin Tor reputation when you get to choose a reputation token for completing Kirin Tor Emissary?

Just curious; the 4 characters I got to 110 were all exalted with Kirin Tor since WotLK, coincidentally.

    Thanks!

You do? First off where is there rep on the rep tab? They are not there for legion.
Secondly when you do thier cache daily you get to choose rep for the other factions when done and not them.
So again how do you get rep with them? You don't

You get the rep with the WotLK faction. You won't see the rep increase if you're already exalted.

Um you do. The Kirin Tor world quests give a small amount of rep with them but that's it. The reason they are not under the legion tab is because they are not a legion specific reputation, they existed before the expansion and getting rep with them is easier in the expansion they were introduced in.

Except you do. You don't see it under Legion because it is under Wrath of the Lich King section. When you finish a "Kirin Tor" world quest you get rep for the Kirin Tor along with the zone faction. When you turn it in you get rep for Kirin Tor along with whatever token you pick. The reason you get a token to pick is because a lot of the people will be maxed out with Kirin Tor to start with, then followed up with that it isn't really a usuable rep this expansion.

So, you are wrong and might want to fact check before you try to persuade others that they are wrong.

You do old friend, but I suspect you are already exalted with them. The rep you earn with KT is the same KT from Northrend.

Yeah, that's the whole point of the topic; I am not seeing it because I am exalted.

I figured you would, because my demon huntress who obviously didn't exist during WotLK got a "You are now neutral with the Kirin Tor" notification when she landed in Dalaran after moving it from above Karazhan.

That said, she IS one of the 4 110s I mentioned, but I never got around doing Emissaries on her yet.

So it is old rep with nothing new added.
So you do not need that rep for legion.
And if one already has them at exalted one sees nothing like the op said.
How many expansions ago was wotlk now 4?

That's not the point, though. You said that the WQs don't give Kirin Tor rep, when they most certainly do... if you're not already exalted(just like any other rep)

The whole point of Kirin Tor quests is the rep token you can choose, not gaining rep with Kirin Tor itself. It's meant to be used as a wildcard.

That goes without saying. It was just a curious question.

Yes, it is an old rep with nothing new. No, you do not need it for anything new (except vendor discounts). Yes, if you are exalted you won't see anything and it was several expansions ago.

Except part of the problem is and was is that the OP specifically asked if you got Kirin Tor rep from the quests/turn-ins. Which you do. Everything you said was wrong and/or irrelevant to what the OP was asking in specific. Not to mention it was just flat out wrong information as well.

Yes, unless they've changed that recently. Though I use to not believe it until we did a test one night in Karazhan with people having different reps.

I think it's awesome they kept the Kirin Tor rep. I always thought it was stupid someone who was exalted with the Cenarion Circle in Vanilla was back to square one with the "Cenarion Expedition" on Outland.

Any Kirin Tor WQs give you Kirin Tor rep (and usually an additional rep), same wiht their emissary cache. It's the same rep from WotLK.

Funny in retrospect realizing my DH was paying 20% more for vendor mats
