Under Cover of Darkness don't allow me to turn in it. Basically, I'm stuck after being ported to the rowboat next to SW. There's a quest question mark on the minimap - which I'd guess is Taoshi's - but the actual character has no quest mark nor any interaction.
Everyone is hostile in Stormwind even though I'm a human rogue.
