Did Blizzard just hotfix an ilvl requirement onto Awakened LFR?

Anyone experienced it? Basically sometimes the rift disappears after shooting one bolt. The target didnt lose the LoS, nor was it out of range.

They are different rifts (you have 3 charges. they are not all the same). One of those is just 1 bolt that does a lot of damage

The one mentioned is of yellow like color and shoots one Chaos Bolt.
It shares the same color as the one that fires Channel Demonfire.Reckoning Bomb - Unleashes the Reckoning upon the Scourge, inflicting ridiculous amounts of damage. Some might even say the damage is ludicrous.
