XAvius HC when to taunt.

Hi I've we were doing xAvius HC and got him to 5% on our best attempt. A problem we were having was on the pull if the person who didn't start tanking the boss fell asleep he simply taunted at 3 stacks and then got taunted of at 2 to get the add timing correct. but how should you do it if the tank that tanks the boss first falls asleep?

I don't see the problem. If the first tank is dreaming, the second tank can just taunt off once and keep Xavius until the add dies.
