This actually doesn't look half bad. I can see Tyrannical creating gear checks for some bosses as healer mana becomes an issue. Doing extra damage and not being able to overheal could cause issues.

Wait, does Overflowing proc from HOTs? That would make HOT-heavy healers problematic.

Overflow might as well not exist for Shamans and Druid; it's a massive issue for Paladins and Holy Priests though.

The guy in that thread was correct. It was Wowhead that had the wrong information. After I made that thread I did a +10 an confirmed it was fortified.

My mistake then, I didn't get much time last week to run anything.
