Inspect bugging out after 2-3 seconds

Every time I inspect someone, it works fine at first and I can see the tooltips on their gear, but after 2 or 3 seconds, it just bugs out and doesn't show me tooltips anymore. And the only way to fix it is to close the inspect window and inspect the person again.

Is there any way to fix this? Really obnoxious.
