unstable decay nyth trash

Hi I am wondering if unstable decay going off has any other conditions besides it getting dispeled to go off before the timer, everytime we do those ooze sometimes we would just get the debuff and it goes off instantly. I checked our current fight and dispels and no one dispeled.

When the mob dies all current debuffs get removed and explode instantly
