Frost WeakAura

Is there any way someone can make a WA that has an icon AND time for Icy Talons? It's the only thing I'm having trouble keeping up with and if I can have it floating around near my guy on screen, I can do better on my rotation. Any help?

First Part is Icon with a red bar. In the right corner is the stack of Icy Talons. Second Part is the timer.

Sry I'm new to WA and made this by myself and with a little bit help from wowhead (the bar). I don't know how to convert the two strings into one. I think you must push both a lil bit on the screen around for your taste. It's only active, when you have the a stack of Icy Talons.
