Arms stat question (+relic)

Hello!
First of all i must say that i use archavon legend gloves.

My current stats are 12%crit, 18% haste , 80%mastery, 1% versa. But , i noticed that i can achieve 10%crit, 25%haste, 70%mastery, 1%versa (with no significant str drop/increase) swapping some gear. Does it worth the deal at all?

Also , with current and haste gear scenarios above , i got UR relic 880ilvl and i use 860tactician atm. Should i swap it for the higher ilvl ? On relic guide are on the same value but even with the gloves sometimes i feel that i just need that tact proc increase.

What u guys think/suggest?

p.s. Im doing high mythic lvl dungs and pugging like 1-2-3 mythic EN bosses every now and then .

No one can answer totaly accurate to your question, best bet is to do a simulation on your own and find out m8 =),

IKR , it's just simcraft that has the haste cap lower % than the reallity . oh, well , ill just hammer the dummy a lot and compromise i guess.

about the relic, my practice is to allways use the higher lvl relic, if the relic trait i lose i "valuable" like tactician proc and precise strikes, i mostly aim for atleast +10 ilvl increase in relic before i equip it
