Question about Affliction artifact ability

I have noticed a possible tooltip error with the affliction artifact weapon.
When i have 12 souls ready to reap the tooltip (the artifact icon) says it increases 120% damage, so thats 10% for every soul, sounds very good. But i soon find out, it didn't increase any damage, just the 10% from after you reap the souls.

I am confused, is this just a tooltip error, or it is a damage buff that just hasn't been implemented yet.

if it was the 120% that would be very good

but yes what it is just that each stack increases the duration of the buff, the buff gives 10% more damage, and doubles the effect of all your traits (exactly what ones... idk)

So it is a tooltip error then, well in that case they better fix this asap, that's so misleading.

It's a tooltip error I reported several times throughout beta. Just another in the long list of issues reported but never fixed.

It was fixed in 7.1. Well at least for russian localization.
