Stat Squish + Nerfs

So with the new secondary stat squish it lowers my live crit by about 5% so that on top of the 15% or so crit nerf we're already recieving lol looks like it's going to be fun casting fireballs all encounter long I hope they significantly buff our baseline damage..

unless they buff fireball to hit like pyro with bracers, these nerfs are way out of hand
