Resto shaman stat weights

Hi Guys

I was wondering with the resto shaman stats. Is there a point where for example crit or haste outweigh mastery?

Like when u reach 110% mastery aim for Crit until 30% than dump others in haste for exmaple?

In post #5 there's a link to excel spreadsheet.
The only problem with those formulas is that they don't take artifact traits into consideration (Koor notes that at the beginning of the post).

If you do then crit starts to swing wildly due to:
1. Queen's Ascendant (strongly increasing its value with more procs you put to use)
2. Tidal Chains (strongly decreasing its value with more Surge usage)
3. Floodwaters (moderately decreasing its value with more CH usage)
4. Empowered Droplets (slightly decreasing its value with more HR usage)
