    And Aids, don't forget Aids!

Though, he'll probably charge an arm and a leg for it, not sure if literally or figuratively... Probably the later, because people actually kinda do need their arms and legs... But you never know!

The stupidity of those aboard the Trump train never ceases to amaze.
Trump walked in this his HUUUUUUGE swinging dick and the Japanese were so amazed they gave the U.S. $50 billion. You obviously do not understand how foreign trade agreements are made.

How is this attached to Trump? What exactly has Trump done here except claim that it's all down to him?

This was killed in 2014 because it was deemed to be too harmful to the consumer.
Ah i see. Thanks for giving me some back-story.

Aussie here. I find some of these conversations very interesting, to go through and get an insight into how some people in America are thinking with all the changes going on.

I honestly read it as "more jobs", and simple me said "more jobs. good!"

    Thanks

Considering the guy took credit for everything else... it's not surprising he tried to take credit for this. That's what happens when you vote for a narcissist, and his supporters are ignorant tools. Conservatives love to say the term "useful idiots," yet they don't seem to realize the irony of directing that insult towards others.

A political figure in America could literally cure cancer and their opponents would find a way to dismiss and attack.

That's because American politics has dissolved into majorities of people who think the other side wants to personally harm them as opposed to two viewpoints trying to reach the same ends. A prosperous America.

As to the news itself, it is good. The people directly responsible claim they were especially motivated by Trump's victory and their meetings with him. He is also some-what popular in Japan because of his stance on America's global defense of allied nations - such as Japan - and his thinking that they should be "allowed" to defend themselves. So it seems consistent something like this would happen to strengthen that relationship.

So far he has saved some jobs from leaving the country, earned private sector investments for new jobs, and encouraged control spending that directly affects him.

But you know he is the incarnation of evil, a racist, a xenophobe (married to a foreigner), blah blah blah

Despite no evidence that he has actually done any of this, and that it wasn't going to happen anyway.

And no, this investment is not a good thing since it's likely yet another prelude to telecoms consolidation, which is -bad-.

But Trump is claiming credit for things he didn't do. He did the same thing with Obama's birth certificate. Instead of apologizing for being wrong about the entire birther issue, he tried to take credit for Obama releasing his birth certificate... which Obama had already done. Sadly, the same willfully-ignorant people who supported him throughout all of his other lies... will continue to cheer him on through all of them to come.

Didn't realize a sound argument could be based on speculation.

Clearly the solution here is that you have the ability to see the future, and you totally wouldn't be flip flopping on this if "Trump" was replaced with "Clinton"

Considering Clinton's position was not 'bringing jobs back to America' given it's a foolish waste of time and effort, I wouldn't be lauding her for this.

Oh Jesus Christ.... this is hilarious.... do you actually believe this nonsense?

Trump eating lunch with some random CEO was the deciding factor in a $50Bn dollar investment deal???

Fuck me..... some people are gullible.

He met with Al Gore today. Would you be surprised if Trump came out and said it was really him that invented the internet?

(And for those who like to joke about Al Gore claiming he invented the internet, he never claimed that unless you pull a tiny snippet out of an entire quote. The full quote describes how he pushed legislation through that granted the funding for the creation of the internet. So in a way, we may not have had internet without him, but there was the possibility that someone else could have pushed some funding through for it. But Al Gore took the initiative. So, you really can thank him for the life online you have today.)

You mean like when he invested 30 billion in the united states by buying sprint and laying off thousands?

    http://fortune.com/2015/11/01/sprint-layoffs/

    http://www.kansascity.com/news/busin...e42939879.html

    https://consumerist.com/2016/01/26/s...ice-employees/

How will Sprint manage with more customers and less customer service? The company plans to use outsourced call centers, though they didn’t specify whether those will be outside of the country or simply centers taking calls for Sprint on a contract basis. They will also encourage smartphone customers to use the Sprint Zone app for basic tasks like bill inquiries, payments, and time left on a phone lease.
After this round of layoffs, Sprint plans to cut back on severance payments. The company has historically offered two weeks’ pay for every year of work with the company and an additional $1,000 payment, and will cut that back to one week per year of service and no extra payment

So he will buy tmoible, threaten to cut-outsource 100k jobs. Then make a deal with trump to cut only 50k jobs. then trump will claim he saved-created 50k jobs.,

#MAGA is pretty much the equivalent. Tack that on to even the most stupid statement and you've got yourself a Trumpism.

Oh, and keep it to 140 characters or less.

this is how it starts. foreign companies invest in your countries infrastructure, and then they milk your citizens dry, all profits go offshore and you end up with a country being destroyed from within.

It should be treasonous for a country, or president, to allow this.
