Hunter, Leatherworking & ...?

Thinking enchanting just to be able to disenchant the crap load of loot I'll be receiving, already have it on my Demon hunter but i get flooded with so many epics, i'd rather not vendor them.

Same with skinning, doubt I'll really need it as i have over 500 bloods on my DH, so i can just buy the materials he'll need and mail them to him.

Thoughts?

If it wasn't Enchanting, it would probably be Engineering.

Anything you don't have yet, try to get every profession so you have more possibilities. If you already do, then pick whatever.
