What neck should i use (prot)

I got a 880 neck from the weekly chest and im not sure if i want to equip it

with the neck im using right now (865 with socket) is a haste/mastery neck

1165 Haste and 777 mastery + socket
or
1233 crit and 822 mastery

with the crit neck im still above haste cap (26% with the crit neck) and i dont lose almost no mastery

I'd keep the haste neck. Having haste-heavy jewelry allows you more leeway in other slots. Not to mention a socket is valued at what, +15 ilvls?

I would go with the 865, but I would lose haste elsewhere. 26% haste with the crit neck means you have about 28-29% haste with the 865 neck. I would start swapping gems and enchants to mastery until haste was ~25%.

Also, dont throw the 880 away. Stash it in the bank in case crit becomes more valued in 7.1.5.
