As the title suggests, I am wondering how I can start making Android themes! If it matters, specifically Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.
Backgrounds, buttons, widgets etc!
Is there any programs, apps, sites that I need to visit/download?

I wonder if you could use something like Xamarin for that? It comes with Visual Studio and I think you can download both for free. Xamarin used to get a lot of complaints but I've since heard most issues are fixed.
And you could go the java Google android route too. Xamarin would be easier maybe..

@Hubcap Xamarin looks like an app development program? Could possibly work, I'll definitely look into it! And I see that Android Studios(java google android) looks like an app development tool as well. Are themes considered as apps?
