    Question Password Recovery FAIL

    Has anyone ever tried to reset their password on this website??
    I mean it does not work because they seem to have a problem with using Email....
    You click their link to get started, and after entering your whole life story, then filling out the stupid security code thingy, you click submit.
    This takes you to a notification that you will get an Email to reset your password, which does come.
    Unfortunately, the link in that Email just takes you to another message claiming that your password has been changed and will be Emailed to you.
    Alright, a temporary password that you can change after logging in, fair enough. Problem is, that second Email never comes.
    So, you end up having to register a new account using a new Email address in order to log in here. What a SCAM!!

    We looked into this, your mail server on the receiving end is repeatedly timing out, but the password eventually did go through. Users with reliable email servers aren't having any issue.

    Hotmail email servers sometimes send our emails to spam.
