Well Im rolling Subterfuge now cause its siming higher for me (it is for quite a bit of ppl so check your sims) so I've been doing Garrote/mut/rup/garrote (to pandemic the 125% garrote to max duration)/mut/envenom/vendetta (normally, if I'm not energy starved yet i keep mutting till I am then I vendetta)/kingsbane
