Palm oil is very bad for health, but I doubt it can cause cancer. It increases blood cholesterol levels, which can cause heart disease. It is unhealthy shit.
Why Nutella and other brands include it if its so bad? Because its cheap. Its junk food for morons. Morons get fat, companies make money.
