Best legendary's for AOE/M+ ???

I have been hoping to get the sin boots one day but in the mean time I have been fairly lucky. I have gotten Shackles, Cloak, Insignia, and Kil'jaedens Burning Wish. I am trying to figure out the best set up for M+. Right now I am using Cloak and Kil'jaeden Burning Wish for AOE then swapping to Cloak and Shackles for ST. I run 145% mastery and 35% crit. Would cloak and Burning wish be the best set up for AOE? Or Cloak and Shackles?

I'd say cloak/wrists.

And maybe switch to Deadly Poison on AoE.

this! shackles+cloak imho is the best.
You could consider switching to ring, or boots if youll be lucky for them , for bossfights.

But im not sure how good the new trinket is, it could maybe be usefull.
