RAID TIMES
Main raid: Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday - 10pm CST (11pm server) to 1am CST (2am server)
Optional raid: Saturday - 10pm CST to 1am CST*
*This usually entails lower difficulty farm (e.g. Normal/Heroic clears once progressing Mythic)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

• Courteous of raid time. We do everything possible to raid all nine hours each week, maximizing everyone's time.
• Professional in our player evaluations. We strive to ensure that our raid group is balanced skill-wise and that no player is obviously carrying us down.
• We pay our raider's WoW subs! If you help our sales runs and maintain a certain attendance level, you should never have to pay for your sub while playing with us! Read about this more on our website.
• Our guild goal is to clear all content before it's irrelevant, a term that here means "prior to the release of the next content." For example, this means clearing ToV prior to Nighthold's release on all difficulties.
• BONUS ITEM: We are the premiere World First Normal guild! Joking aside, we like to be the first people in the world to experience Blizzard's content. This means waking up before the raid goes live and preparing in advance with consumables and strategies. We consider this a microcosm of what world first guilds put into progressing Mythic and consider ourselves of a similar mindset when clearing Normal. This is an OPTIONAL activity that happens outside of our raid time so you are not obligated to come, but it is heavily recommended!

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Be respectful during raid. Starting drama and disrupting raid time will very quickly result in removal from our group.
• Be prepared! Even if we plan to provide certain materials for raid, all raiders should ideally have their own set of consumables so we do not slow down raid.
• WoW is a puzzle game: we use certain tools to overcome challenges, and in the end that is the point of playing. Loot should be a reward, not an incentive.
• Be a cool person - In the end, we're a social organization who simply choses to raid a certain schedule. The more you bond outside of raid, the happier everyone will be during raid.

We are currently recruiting any and all dps classes. All melee and specific leather wearing classes will find a little more scrutiny from us, as our raid group is over-saturated with melee and leather. Exceptional applications of any class or spec are welcome regardless of recruitment needs.
