Before further posting, just one question

Does the usual suspect realize, even with confusion, that the people in the article are not Muslims ?

    They...are...not...muslims.
You see, it goes like this: Not a white Christian = Muslim.

No one ever call it free healthcare. It's public healthcare, and it's usually a lot less costly than US one.

If this is a feel good story to you, you are ethically challenged.

So why can't they get treatment in Europe if they are so accepting?

One, as the article says, the boy was picked by a British charity who arranged for burn treatment at an Shriner hospital.

Two, I know it's very hard to understand, but those people are...not...Muslims.

This is a "Look I have a black friend, I'm not racist!" thread sooooooo bad.
Human progress isn't measured by industry. It's measured by the value you place on a life.

    Just, be kind.

Especially as the usual suspects don't even have the excuse of the religion, as the boy is from a community persecuted for not being muslims by ISIS....

What's your point? The recent bans were nation bans, not a Muslim ban.

I would add that they are typically persecuted by most... in general, any group that is considered "radicalized."

Hardly, when that "nation ban" made exceptions for minority religions in those countries. So why deny these people? Because they are minority religion, but not Christian? Yup, how very not obvious.

It's fortunate that the immense majority of migrant people coming to the United States are Christians, relatively conservative furthermore. Surely the usual suspects will welcome them, isn't...

Where's your source that the ban made exceptions for certain religions?

Yeah, the only topics that seem to be going in this thread are either race, or religion, neither of which are allowed.

So on that note, I'm just going to close this thread, since it doesn't appear to be going anywhere good.
