[A] Dies Irae - Terenas/Emerald Dream EU Recruiting

Hello fellow raiders,

we are <Dies Irae> an established Alliance guild on the Terenas/Emerland Dream connected server. We have been together as a guild since Cataclysm (Firelands) though most of our members are veterans on Terenas and have known each other since vanilla.

Most of us are currently 30+ years old and are painfully aware that RL is a priority and respect it. We view our guild and the game primarily as a means to get away from everyday problems and crack a joke or two so our guild chat and discord have a cozy "home-y" feeling we have all grown to cherish and respect. Drama-free since our inception and we intend to keep it that way.

Having said that, we are here to raid (at the pace RL permits) and when we get down to business we are serious, so we consider the following as necessary requirements:

• Come to the raid prepared (flaks/pots/enchants/gems/food). Many people in the guild will help you get these.
• Log-on raid ready 15' before the raid starts (including our Discord) and having read guides for the bosses we are progressing on.
• Know your spec and stay up-to-date on your main spec (AP/traits). We are lenient in terms of performance as long as the individual shows willingness to take advice and well intended criticism and put in some effort to improve.
• NO LOOT DRAMA. We run personal loot during progression and swap to loot-council on farm. We are the kind of guild that argue because we WANT to pass over loot to our fellow raiders rather than claim loot for ourselves.
• Finalize attendance (accept/decline) at least 4 hours ahead of raid time (tentatives after that time limit are not accepted)
• Banter and chatter stop once the pull timer is issued. During an encounter only the raid leader speaks on Discord. If you have issues with the strategy used either take it offline or /w one of the officers. No arguments on Discord.
• No trolling/botting/exploiting or otherwise bad behavior will be tolerated. If you act like a jerk (even to players outside the guild) you will be removed.
• If you need to be offline for a long period of time (work/travel etc) notify us with a post on our forums

We raid 3 times a week , Monday , Tuesday, Thursday from 21:00 till 00:30 server time.

What we are looking for:

• 1 tank geared for HC Nighthold
• 1 healer geared for HC Nighthold
• Ranged DPS geared for HC Nighthold
• However, all specs are welcome to apply as people >>> specs.

Current Goals

1. To have a nice friendly atmosphere in our guild.
2. To get "Ahead of the Curve" on all tiers, and if numbers permit get into Mythic.
3. To help each other.

Progress 7/7 Heroic EN + 3/3 Heroic ToV + 10/10 Heroic NH.
