    If this gets the under 18s away from Dota 2 then I guess it would result in less toxicity, but it would also result in no Dota 2 talent coming from the country. So its a give and take.

    The absolute worst that is going to come of this is Valve supplies Russians with a client similar to the Chineese one, with a couple of graphical changes and the occasional ability renaming.
