Subscription Plan - Question

Hello, I plan on getting 12 months of patron. But I'm little bit confuse. It says 10.99 per month, and total 131.88.

When I go to check out it says, 131.88 total.

10.99 * 12 (months) = 131.88

you pay total price in advance if thats bothering you.
