That can be done with WeakAuras 2.

After that, you only need to Import one String to do that stuff for you, like this one (link) for example.

Just be carefull which auras you import, since they can do really nasty stuff.

I was looking for a light weight WEAKAURA that might accomplish this task - instead of an addon.
Spinal Crack's Kill Timer weakauras do a pretty good job. However, I found them to be a bit too much for my liking.
As such, I decided to take the time to create my own Weakaura.

Since this site won't let me post the link to it (h t t p s : //wago.io/HkqSKOoBM), you will have to make your way to the wago.io website and run a search for "death clock" if you want it.

Perhaps this will do what you want it to.
