Is there any situation where Aluriel's Mirror does not proc. Since I have got it I've tested it out on the healing dummy and myself I have never seen it proc, or does it not show a buff? I've emptied my entire mana bar on Fol mutiple times and not seen any proc. Am I missing something or is this thing bugged?
RPPM-based trinkets require you to be in combat in order for them to work, this is because of some change/coding that was done in 5.2 to dampen some of the rng elements related to them. Reason for change: if they were allowed to count time outside combat, everyone needed to wait 90-180s after a wipe to reliably trigger their trinket on pull, thus creating a nuisance for raiders for repeat pulls on progression.
