Survival hunter legendary belt WA help needed!

I need a weak aura for the survival hunter legendary belt Helbrine. I need something that is always on my screen that can tell me the range from my current target and when the belt applies the debuff to an enemy I need to see the current damage bonus that the debuff is granting me.

This sounds fairly complicated to me and I'm guessing it would need custom code to work if such a thing is even possible. Any help with this is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

no idea what the belt does.. for the range: there are addons that will tell you.

for the debuff: Should be simple to read the text from the enemy debuff. I guess for WA it should be %t instead of %s
