Now I'm not an idiot, I realize it's for balance issues, that said with recent powercreep Illidan needs something that makes him viable these days, blind wasn't halfbad when what, two heroes got it? but with the influx of new ones his kit needs an update. (Gief back unstoppable while diving, kthx)

It is just nomenclature. It could be named just "Sticky Hands", does not matter.

Although I love Illidan and would love if he got buffed, I don't think this would be enough to make him viable Xd. Making him unblindable would be a nice perk though

Blinding Illidan always makes me chuckle a bit. Also using Jaina to freeze Falstad in place with ring of frost.

Uhm, Illidan is not completely blind though.
He doesn't have his own eyes anymore, but Sargeras gave him some fiery orbs instead that allows him to see all forms of magic.
