Right this moment, the DoS will most likely be superior. Keep the 900 in your bags for when 7.2 hits and DoS gets nerfed, though.

The general piece of advice is to have: 30%-40%, about equal crit/haste (or heavy crit/heavy haste depending on what you want) then about 5% vers.
If you're going a crit heavy build, then you're going with the Drape of Shame. If not, you're still probably going Drape of Shame because the effect is OP atm. even at 20% haste & 20% crit. I remember the last time numbers were run, a Drape of Shame is replaced by about a 50~-ish ilvl upgrade. Then again, we were ALL running crit-heavy builds when the numbers were done. At the end of the day, go with what you prefer.
