Is this a medium or high end build?

Going to build a new gaming PC for the Mizzuz, its strictly gaming only, mostly RPG's like WoW, Final Fantasy series, Fallout, Elder Scrolls, etc. Intel is my CPU of choice, AMD will not be considered.

I'm looking for Ultra gaming as of right now in 1080, maybe a 1440 down the line, but 1080 is still the standard.

    Advice?

The build itself is strong and a 1070 is good for ultra/high 1440p gaming, and 1080p is no problem. However, you have chosen a Z170 motherboard and a Kaby Lake (7XXX) CPU, which means you need to update the BIOS (which requires a Skylake (6XXX) CPU, or you could change your Z170 motherboard to a Z270 motherboard, or, if a Z270 motherboard is not an option, go for a Skylake CPU (The difference between Skylake and Kaby Labe performance-wise is small, so it would not matter much).

Nice advice, changed over to a Z270.

Thank you, probably saved me a few hours of swearing about how stupid I am, lol.

You might have gotten lucky. Usually manufacturers will start shipping the board with updated BIOS, but better to be safe than sorry, particularly since there's no price savings, really.
