    Is our class order hall 7.2quest bugged?

    On the ptr I was able to start it and meet up with Jubeika in Azuna. On live I cant seem to find it anywhere. Did they change the starting spot in live?

    On the PTR a lot of things were unlocked for testing. This quest will be unlocked at some point in the Broken Shore campaign.
