Anyone else get no cooldown on KC in the world?

This happens to me fairly frequently, usually on world bosses or higher health wardens quests. And its not just since 7.2 either.

Its never, happened in raid though.

I will pop my cooldowns and notice that there is no cooldown on kill command, that i can just spam only KC and they go off, with no cobra shot or DB/DF in between.

The damage goes off, the global cooldown begins and I see the damage on the screen.

I cannot recreate on demand though.

It's a pvp talent.

Its probably from pvp talent which reset kc cd when used on target under 30% hp

it happens if you manage to activate the pvp talent 'Go for the Throat' by hitting some random alli player when doing open world stuff. pretty sweet dps increase sometimes

Thanks folks, im pretty sure its happened without other players around but prob faulty memory.

it happens on WQ towers or whenever you accidentally Beast Cleave someone from the other faction

Not sure but i think it happens in all PVP World Quests. The NPC's are treated as of the other faction.
