Are druid artifact skins going to be non transmogable after legion as well?

For those who didn't unlock them?

Been thinking of leveling a alt or two and am thinking about a druid and a warlock. Not so much because I feel like playing the former in legion but kind of feel like I will miss out on rather unique skins if I don't.

Anyone else feel that way? Don't get me wrong my two mains mage and rogue have nearly everything but the pvp achievement skins done so im not missing out.

You can obtain them during legion but not after(i'd guess the basic one might still be obtainable) and yes they will be transmogable.
