It would be nice to have the tenure badges hidden if the avatar display is turned off. Right now they break the visual flow of the page.

Are you asking for them to be hidden if the user has no avatar, or if you have avatars showing turned off?

I think it would just be better to have a function to turn off the one or the other, or both?
