I'd say Aluriel, since its easily 5 healable (with the nerf to her health and buff to dps's output with new traits).
Not sure if your group has the dps to 4heal Krosus at the moment but spellblade shouldnt be hard to dps through even with the extra healer.
The extra healer makes frost phase much easier and makes it so that mistakes are easily dealt with. extra raid cooldowns help as well.

We've reach this point in Mythic yet, we're going to this week, but we're heading to Krosus first just because of the fact that it is a DPS check and the actual mechanics are less.

Mark my words, you're going to wipe more to mechanics on Krosus than you will on Spellblade. You can generally recover from stuff on Spellblade, on Krosus when you lose people you need to wipe it and start again and the mechanics are far more impactful.

Also a majority of the deadly mechanics on Spellblade have very little RNG involved and can be controlled by the players. You get a terrible set of spawns on Krosus, you'll probably wipe to a metric shit ton of adds spawning and nuking people (yay for 4 all targetting on person and deleting them!!).

Mythic Krosus is easier if you're in a group with players who aren't terrible at dps. The checks are pretty minimal right now, and the mechanics are quite easy. "Make sure to soak the back puddles, k were good."

The thing that made krosus hard was the dps check, which is no longer relevant unless you're pugging.

The way you describe it makes it sounds easier than it actually is. How about "make sure to soak back puddles, interrupt everything, run 60 yards forward so you don't get gibbed by second orb, keep interrupting so you're not killed by felburst and kill everything by the time Slam comes."

Compared to that, Aluriel is very predictable, with only few people doing something important and only few times across the fight.

Definitely Krosus now. The hardest part of that fight was meeting the dps check, and now that is basically non-existant. If you manage the soaks properly, he dies.

Spellblade is also pretty easy after the nerfs she recieved, but is slightly more complicated mechanically than Krosus.

For us it was Krosus first. If your raid can do 620k dps (excluding tanks and healer dps) on the boss ( not the adds) it's a kill. Took about 20 pulls in total

as long as your healers can figure out good CD rotation for the tight spots and your dps understand that soaking >>>>>> personal dps, krosus is easy

Not mentioned here, but you can safely 4 heal Krosus for pure cheese. This ensures you have enough cds, and can stack them heavily during 2nd pitch. After 7.2 the dps check is easy to meet.

Also spellblade ain't bad either, but people don't understand that fight. Il edit the short guide which helps later.

We were in the same boat. We decided to go Spellblade, and stuck with it. Once each phase is under control (frost is the most intensive) it's not that difficult. The first night we 3 tanked and 4 healed. Second night we 3 tanked and 5 healed to reduce healing stress. We ended up killing it the second night with under 50 total wipes.

Within 3 attempts on Krosus after our spellblade kill we got him sub 30% with barely any coordination. 4 healed and were on target to kill before enrage. I imagine we'll kill him this week (we raid only 4 hours a week on one night).

So as everyone has mentioned - both are much easier but spellblade uses more coordinated mechanics that probably take slightly longer to grasp than krosus' mechanics.
