Is there a way to add the glowing effect that appears in WA to TMW?

As stated, i'm currently using both addons, WAs to track my trinket procs and dot uptimes but TMW to track my major CDs. My major CDs will be translucent when they're on cd and counting down and solid in color once they're full off CD but i realized they haven't been prominent enough for me to realize that they're up, so question as titled.

I remember putting the glow on a unitframe in mop.
Afaik you can add the glow effect to every frame.

If you mean the sparkly border, it's under On Show in the options tab for the icon/group.

Its in the notification tab of the icons options. The effect is called Blizzard Activation Border.

Example Setup would be

Animation
On Icon Show
Blizzard Activation Border

or

Animation
On Condition Set Passing
Spell ID <1 sec cooldown
Blizzard Activation Border
+
Animation
On Condition Set Passing
Spell ID >1 sec cooldown
Stop Animations

sorry how do i go around do this? went into icons but thats the furthest i got lol, still new to TMW!
