Yeah

"available in game right now" doesn't mean that you can get it today, it means that it's... probably... in the game files.

One example of this would be one of the warrior hidden appearances that was "ingame" which turned out to be an event on an RNG timer, it wasn't actually obtainable for months and then a huge amount of people got it from 3 minutes of work the next day.

Could also be somewhere in Uldum. Lots of tombs and scarabs there.

Another example would be the feral druid hidden appearance. It was bugged for the first couple of weeks and couldn't be obtained until the event which triggered it was hotfixed.

Might it have something to do with the Nether Disruptor? This NPC is doing something with the Nether Disruptor and she is named Maggie "Slither" Masterson.

This is her dialogue. She offers to bend the power to her will if you want her to, but there is no dialogue option.

Wouldn't surprise me if the Nether Disruptor had to be up for this mount too (currently is in NA)

Could be AQ, or could be Uldum. If Uldum, could it be talking about the Chamber of the Moon?

Plume = volcano = Ungoro. Tomb = Kharut's tomb in Uldum. Scarab moon = Silithus. These zones all border each other, so perhaps on the tri border?

At the obelisk of moon there are many smoke effects (could this be the plume) (sorry english is not my first language and translator says it can be smoke too) . Searching the camps atm.

At Dragonblight, there's a volcano (Plume) right next to Azjol'Nerub which is scarab associated and it could be viewed as a "tomb" for Anub'Arak, might be worth checking that place out
