Hey all. I've been out of the FaH scene for a while now.
However I'm looking to build a small rig for folding only.
Is CPU folding still a thing? Or is it all about GPU now?
If CPU is still relevant, I'm wondering how Ryzen chips are doing in that department.
Is it still more core = better when it comes to FaH?
Kicking around the idea of a Ryzen 1600 cpu
with an AMD 550 or possibly Nvidia 1050 gpu

Definitely, or the R7 1700 8-core chip. Overclocking one of those is probably a F@H dream.
