Usually the ilvl is the most important part about a relic and the trait is secondary. But Havoc is in a really odd place right now where Chaos Strike is everything, even promoting the infamous one button build.

How does this impact Critical Chaos? Is it worth 5 ilvl? 10 ilvl? Even more? Would you exchange an 885 Critical Chaos relic with a 900 relic that gives a useless talent like Illidary Knowledge?

Weapon Damage is even more important, so yeah you definitely would replace 885 CC with 900 IK. CC is worth 5 ilvl.

5 Weapon ilvl not relic ilvl, so no a 900 non CS wouldn't be better than a 885 CS
