New legendary ring (Soul of the Highlord)

Good talent to add it will put alot of rng into our burst phase for ret could do 3m burst or 2m depending on procs. Since we would be dropping cloak to use this and the fact that it has very little secondary stats i would say its a fairly strong legendary but probably not as good as belt.

As for Holy, DP isnt used very often unless your struggling on mana. I could see this used in conjunction with Holy prism on that row to make us extremely mana efficient on the heavy healing fights.

It's a 910 version. I would imagine the stats will be way higher when the ring is ilvl 970.

We will be dropping belt not cloak. Also this shifts the balance of relic trait balance between to not all be dominated by Avenging Wrath traits.

yeah im sure it is a thing from the class hall
all of these are named after the champions title, and each talk about the class hall, also they are all WAY too similiar to be "random legendaries"
like not every class has a "chance to proc a cooldown for X time" very few classes share close effects, but these rings are all "Soul of Y" and share everything

seems to come from the class hall, as they are all the same, not "somone elses" they specifcly belong to your "order" and mention the class hall, aswell as sharing your title

It's interesting because DP has some nice synergy with the cloak, but the belt is quite a bit better than the cloak, so you're probably right there.

It's sort of a risk vs reward. You can have a shit pull and neither one does much for you, but when you get those procs, the belt is left in the dust.
